《注染（ちゅうせん）とは？？》
明治時代後半に大阪で始まった染色法で、何枚も重ねた生地の上から染料を注いで染めることから「注染」と呼ばれるようになりました。「注ぎ染め」「本染め」とも呼ばれます。手ぬぐいの表裏が同じように染められ、プリントとは異なる風合いや濃淡があり、独特のはんなりとした優しさを持っています。使うたびに色が少ずつ変わり、風合いがよくなります。また、すべて職人の手作業で行うため、一枚一枚違う雰囲気がでます。
